Payment for Services Rendered
We are happy to have provided services, and attempt to make payment for services as easy as possible.

Payment for hospital services can be made via email, telephone, fax, or mail.
Payment can be made via Credit Card, Check, or Cash.

At the bottom of this page, a form has been provided for completion of Credit card Payments. This form can be completed and faxed or emailed to the Hospital business office, as stated on the form.
